METALCON 2025 was an incredible success. Over three energetic days, we showcased how advanced roll-forming technology and cold-formed steel are reshaping modern construction-from automated fabrication to faster, smarter steel framing production.
The highlight of the event was Eagles Landing, our full-scale steel-framed home built in just 1.5 days using Scottsdale roll-forming machines – Scotpanel 5140G2, Scotpanel 7090G2, and Scottruss 6050G1. The home demonstrated the versatility of Scottsdale’s machine lineup-from wall panels to trusses.
A team of six volunteers assembled the structure in only two days, and the teardown took less than six hours before shipping to its final destination in Montana. The precision and speed of the finished frame showed exactly what cold-formed steel and intelligent roll forming can achieve.
Thousands of visitors explored the structure and saw firsthand the precision, speed, and scalability of intelligent steel framing.
