Steel-Framed Residential Villas and Commercial Space is a mixed-use project delivered in Oman by Sustainable Building Solutions LLC (SBS), combining residential villas with light commercial spaces using steel framing roll forming technology. Operating from a 7,000-m² factory in Duqm (SEZAD Free Zone), SBS runs two Scotpanel 7090 roll forming machines with a combined annual capacity of 2,500 metric tonnes, equating to more than 100,000-m² of built-up area. This manufacturing capability allows SBS to support large-scale developments while maintaining consistent quality, precision, and production speed across both residential and commercial steel-framed projects.

In addition to its fixed factory setup, SBS deploys a mobile roll forming production unit that can be relocated directly to job sites. This on-site fabrication approach significantly reduces transportation time and costs while improving overall project efficiency and logistics control. By producing light-gauge steel framing systems where they are needed, SBS streamlines installation workflows, accelerates construction schedules, and demonstrates how Scottsdale’s advanced roll forming technology can support scalable, flexible, and cost-effective steel-framed construction in the Middle East.
