Last week, we were in Tijuana with our new client Domo Modular for a 3-day commissioning process, setup, and training on the Knudson by Scottsdale KFS 1622G1, a strong, versatile, and fast roll forming machine.
As part of our commitment to excellence in service, we provided training to the staff, which included installing the machine, wiring the electrical systems, and connecting the control pedestal and motorized stock reel to the equipment.
Under the guidance of our expert technicians John Burns and cydney skeens, Domo staff learned how to load coil stock into the equipment, operate the control panel, adjust rollers to modify the profile shape, and received training on preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting advice, and efficiency tips.
