Andres Tilkin and his team at Nova Fusion have been keeping busy with a huge project, Loreta IV. This building will be the largest apartment building made of light-gauge steel (LGS) in the region and one of the biggest in Argentina. Foundations are currently underway, and it is estimated steel frames will be mounted end of October. Stay tuned for updates on this project.
July, 2026 Update: This attractive structure has become a reality, and it graces the graceful ski resort landscape that defines the community of San Martin de los Andes in Argentina. Take a peak at it on its social media page. This masterpiece of light-gauge steel was made entirely using Scottsdale’s Scotpanel 7090 and Scottruss 6050 steel framing roll formers.
